Janus Youth Programs … Changing Lives I Building Futures
Each summer, Janus Youth Programs holds its principal fundraiser, Dinner in the Vines, that brings together 200+ individuals and businesses from across the community to enjoy an array of appetizers and a multi-course dinner with paired wines while raising thousands of dollars for the life-changing services Janus Youth Programs provides for vulnerable children, youth and families.
Held at a premiere Oregon winery, Charles Hesson has been a key partner contributing to the growth and success of the event through his event management, on-site support and set-up, and recruitment and oversight of a team of experienced individuals to pour the wines paired with each course of the dinner. His ability to engage attendees with his descriptions of the intricacies of each wine served has also contributed to increased donations to Janus from the vineyard’s owners.
Without Charles’ assistance, Janus Youth Programs’ limited staff would not be able to hold the event that routinely sells out
year after year.
